Last night I set up the wifi webcam on the headboard of my bed and recorded overnight. The idea was to see how much I tossed and turned (most mornings the mattress is a good 4" shifted off the box springs), hear whether I snored, and see how much bed time the cats logged.

Just scanned through the recordings (the software splits them into ~828Mb clips, which is between 45 and 55 minutes) and the answers are thus:
- I hardly toss and turn at all. I stay within about a foot of where I started. I turned over three times.
- My snoring is steady and fierce and almost constant as soon as REM is over.
- The cats logged zero bed time until Pumpkin curled up in the crook of my knees at about 6:45 am.

Pumpkin later attacked my face, which is split across two clips and is pretty cute. I'll try to build a clip for YouTube tonight.
