Mother's Maiden Name

leatherapron's pages, I tried to find the maiden name of Second Lady Lynne Cheney. It's not on any of the official web sites, or Wikipedia, or anywhere I could find on the net in a 5-minute browse. Very odd, I thought. But then, it must be a security nigtmare for children of famous women, because anyone can find out their mother's maiden name.
But this lovely link more than made up for my failure to find out what Lynne C's birth name was. Remember, this lady has a Ph.D. in literature from a Big 10 university, and something like nine published books to her credit.
