Silver is almost always at an all-time high. Especially when interest rates are low and/or there are major wars going on. We have a reputable numismatics dealer in the shopping center across from Palo Alto High School, and one of these days I will take the collection over there and ask for advice. My instinct is to wait until I really need the money more than I need the nostalgia before cashing them in. I'm pretty sure one or two rolls will be worth more than the price of the silver, but probably not more than that.
