Just for the record...there was nothing wrong with the sound system.
Sound check took 45 minutes longer than scheduled, and music started 50 minutes late...not more than an hour late.
However, there were somewhere between 16 and 20 performers (my memory is a bit fuzzy on the exact combinations) between the three concerts, which makes 1:45 minutes not so long.
Fortunately, the new sound system made saving and recalling those settings quick and easy so that all we had to do during set changes was get people patched in and go.
