It would not surprise me that she passed of a heart attack either. My last serious boyfriend before I met D, the one I moved to San Francisco with, was found dead in his apartment back in May. My fear was that it was one of those "he got so drunk that he choked on his vomit" sort of things...because he was a heavy drinker, probably more so after we parted. It ended up..well, a heart attack.
While it is likely it could have been a far worse circumstance, I won't assume anything at this point until a proper examination's done.
