You are so right about the worthless pastries at U.S. Starbucks. Fortunately, I don't drink coffee, so I've only been to a Starbucks once or twice. Bleah! That chocolate cake does look much better. I think, overall, a lot of Americans wouldn't know good food if you (fill in the blank.) It amazes me to see the number of places serving truly bad food that are thriving. Luckily, it's not difficult to find good food. We have Yelp.
