As a designer and a seamstress I would strongly recommenced in the future that you tell them about ANY tight areas...this one can put strain on the back seam and even the top of the sleeves when you move your arms and fixing it would have been no big deal they just open the lining..let it out and hand sew the lining at the new seam....

Sigh..I hope it turns out ok once it gets dry cleaned....
