Oh, my. Your workplace sounds a little like a bad Dilbert comic. It's a shame the rest of the world hasn't reached the same conclusion I have: the kindest thing anyone can say to someone who's acting like a total idiot is "shut up," perhaps the two most beautiful words in the English language. Yet most people, upon hearing these words, make the mistake of talking more, not less.
