Thanks for the name. None of the 17 people who share it online are her. There is someone in Ohio who has a lot in common, but her dog is not a corgi, and she doesn't appear to be musical. I also looked for a corgi named Rowan online, and was surprised by how many there are. Dressed like a pirate, too. But none of them traced back to her.

I am very sad, because I wanted to keep in touch with her, I think she will become Someoneā„¢ someday. But I don't want to cross the line between fanboy and stalker, so unless she shows up at Consonance, I'll have to rely on dumb luck, small world and serendipity doo dah to ever hear her sing again.

One never knows about beginning filkers. Seanan was this shy little wisp of a thing hiding at the back of filk bands (Puzzlebox?) and I would have bet real cash dollars against her ever becoming the powerhouse she is today. Vixy was pure gold the minute I first heard her. And so on.
