I feel like crap today. How can a “slight” cold make me feel this way? For a little while, I begin to feel better; however, that’s if I take cold medicine. When the medicine wears off, or I don’t take more, I feel the way I am right now. . . Crappy. Blowing my nose is pretty much all I’ve been doing this morning, even much of yesterday. It doesn’t help that my sinuses are going nuts from allergies. Boy, do I hope this isn’t going to last much longer. My head feels like it’s going to pop. My nose is stuffy. At its worst, the cold sometimes will back itself into my ears it doesn’t pay to have bad allergies and a cold at the very same time. I don’t recall any other time when I felt this lousy in a while. I mean, feeling better comes and goes right now—I only want to be held and wrapped up to stay warm. Little by little, I do feel better, but the “bug” doesn’t really want to leave me alone. Funny thing is this came on with not much warning, and it blew up quite quickly.
