Small miracle

Microsoft Update, of all things, found a new Windows 7 driver and app for my legacy document scanner which I just bought for cheap not knowing it wasn't compatible. Works like a champ with my OCR software on an ancient newspaper clipping. Now I must re-scan all the newsletters I did on the ASUS Eee PC last week, which worked less than adequately. Something to do on a rainy Saturday, I suppose.
