Asleep Again

Was very close to being late for work today. I only slept through the alarm by 20 minutes, but kept going over stuff in my head. Old memories of minor things which I could have done better, mostly. Found myself waking up again at 8:30.

Being online for a short time turned into a long time.

We don't have fixed hours at work, we just need to do the job. The rule of thumb is be there by 10. I think I was about 5 minutes over.

Actual work was teaching myself the idiosyncrasies of the automation scripting program, how it uses variables and loops and such. I solved one huge problem where I was using 4 separate routines where I could pare it down to one. Yay.

Lunchtime I went home. I already wrote about that.

1-on-1 with the boss was a snoozer, except I had to kick his boss out of the office first.

Home, nothing major. Watched some Tivo. Looked at Xfinity's free movies, none of them newer than the 80s.

Finally got the Boskone art show photos numbered and labeled, all 10 of them.

Home - process the latest scanned photos. I need to rename them, the scanning service puts in a prefix which is a long order number. Should do that for all the slide sets.
