Glass Ceiling
Apr. 8th, 2013 02:37 pmCongresscritter Jackie Spear said on FB that Margaret Thatcher "shattered the glass ceiling". Jackie could not be more wrong. Thatcher acted the way the worst male bullies do, and her close friendship with super-bully Ronald Reagan speaks volumes to that.
Had she shattered the glass ceiling, the UK would have a steady stream of female PM possibles. Thatcher cured the UK of that possibility.

Obvious - she was the Iron Lady. Maybe she was trying out a new 9-iron.
