Not a doctor

Another night of no Spook and getting up a lot to pee. B ut after stopping taking Jardiance, was able to sleep for 90 minutes to 2 hours at a time. But I'm feeling the effects of water retention.

1 pm doctor appointment turned out to be a nurse practitioner with a  lot of diabetes experience. We talked for about 40 minutes, she put together a plan for slowly increasing my insulin and adding Ozempic. Sounded good until I looked up the price - $530 a month. Humana lied about the free diabetes coverage. big time.

On my way I mailed the notice to Cigna to refund my November payment.

Home, played with Spook, sat with Ma'am. Took a nap. Dreamed of turkey dark meat chopped up and added to cream of bacon soup. Got up and made that for dinner. Yum! But no salad. But ice cream.

Put two small cans of wet food out for the strays but one of them finished it all. :-(

Did a load of undies.

Watched 90 Day talkback - Angie is such a jerk. There is something seriously wrong with Asuelu's brain. The top of his head is flat. Coincidence? Syngin and Tania are like beauty and the beast, but she's no beauty. Andrei looked human in this episode.

Catfish did it again, got a total loser in Buffalo NY meeting his crush (virtually), who turns out to be kind of repulsive.

Below Deck continues to be edited by Edward Scissorhands and lacking direction. Some excellent videography, but mostly not. The chef is going all out but the primary client is too drunk to eat, and thinks the real crab he was served was imitation. 50th birthday celebration, so no eye candy.

Charging the car, may try to go to Lake Mead tomorrow.
