More PT, more Olympics, crying Jade

Jade has been crying a lot, and rolling around on the carpet. I've visited her a couple of times, she stops crying and wants me to scratch her backside. I also brushed her. And righted the scratching post she upended. And removed to two empty pheromone diffusers.

But she still cries at random times. She needs a better home.

PT Terri arrived around 11, I was sitting on the walker on the porch, so we did some easy exercises, then We walked down the ramp with me holding the walker and the guard rail, and then we walked down the street about 4 houses and back, then up the ramp. Up the ramp was hard but the walker helped.

Watched Cloe Kim win the gold despite wiping out on her 3rd run.

Snowboard races were a blast. Luge relay not so much.

Amazon delivered a couple of spare carbon filters for the new tank filter. Yesterday ordered a pair of usb fast chargers and C to C cables for them, and a pistol grip grabber. Thought they would arrive today but nope.

Today's Big Project™ was assembling the laundry cart. The instructions said to be sure to have the racks right side up but there was nothing on the racks or in the instructions to say which way was up. I only had to flip two racks to get the stops to fit inside the tubes. But it's done, and towels and bathrobes are on it and it's in the closet and my laundry basket is in its place.

Updated the laptop & charged it.

Banana for breakfast. Lean cuisine turkey meal for dinner. Berries for dessert. Strawberries and rice pudding for lunch.

Tomorrow:
Try to get pants and shirt on. Noon ride to my PCP 1 pm appointment.
