Friday foibles

7 am stumbled to the kitchen for an Hgl test, feeling low. It was the high end of low but there was still a Klondike Bar left, so I sat in the recliner, turned on MSNBC and ate it. Good timing because KBJ, JB and KH were on the White House lawn with about 300 of their closest friends officially going "yee-ha!" about the SCOTUS confirmation. Kind of premature, since she doesn't take office till summer when what's his name retires. Unless Clarence Thomas is impeached first.

Back to bed for an hour, then meds, computer stuff (watched two cats climbing inside the bush in front of the house), then avocado and banana breakfast. And placed an Albertson's delivery order for noon-ish. Mostly Lean Cuisine and berries. And Klondike bars. And chocolate milk. I have not had any kind of milk in months and I miss it.

Watched some Tivo then settled in for an afternoon on a boat on the Atlantic. Very relaxing/exciting as he pulled in many sharks, including one huge bull shark. The only storm chaser out was doing DoorDash to fund his stream.

MSNBC and CNN were split between SCOTUS and the latest war crime in Ukraine. IMHO it's well past time for direct intervention.

Watched NOVA, a disturbing look at an Alzheimer's research study. Disturbing because I might become like that.

Bee Czar rid a church and a fire house of nests, and it was his birthday, the surprise party surprised him. He was all set to throw his own party when he saw no exidence of one.

Hot Bench again had stupid defendants.
TMZ came up with some major humor.

Topped off the water in the aquarium.
Delivered: medium tip Expo pens to replace the useless thin tip ones.

Washed out the recycleds kitchen trash container after dumping its contents into the bin.

Asked CVS to renew my last UTI antibiotics prescription. Hope my urologist okays it.

Tomorrow:
Tropic - get a male betta and a brine shrimp growing kit.
