Putting it all together
After the usual breakfast Spook alerted me to noises from out front. Surprise - the Alliance worker were there to put the house across the street together.
Got my phone set for live streaming, put it on the selfie stand on the porch and watched & streamed. The phone battery was running low, so I grabbed an extension cord, a USB charger and a long USB cable and plugged in the phone, the stream didn't miss a beat.
Around 12:30 I put the headphones down, went inside and made lunch, then joined the daily drive home using the PC. Also monitored my stream.
Back on the porch by 3 pm, but I had missed the actual joining (watched it on my twitch page later). The halves come together at about 4 hours 10 minutes in.
And that took 6 hours altogether. They need to come back and finish. Lots more work to do.
Dinner was another try at beef stew, this time with gravy. It helped, but not enough. Texas toast helped too. Ice cream sandwich for dessert.
Floribama Shore was the first Tivo offering, it is a houseful of youngsters who get drunk and fight and shout and only one of them even approaches being eye candy. Unless you're female or gay. Two of the guys are attractive.
PTI was minus Tony. It's just not as good without both regular hosts.
Temptation Island is a walking contradiction. The script insists that the couples have been split up to help them grow. The MC insists that most of the participants have evolved into Better People™ but I don't see it. This episode spent almost half its time showing us a redheaded man crying because his woman hooked up with someone who knows how to kiss. He apparently was extremely dependent on her loving him. He didn't try to hook up with any of the women, so he's going home alone. Boo hoo.
Plans for tomorrow:
Tempted to go to the auction, but not stay long or buy anything.
