Ok. so BIG thanks!! after I left the first comment, I just randomly googled TiVo pre-roll fixes and read in a couple of places that long standing customers have been able to call TiVo and get that pre-roll shit removed from their box. So, I just tried it and the nice lady took my serial number, and told me that the ads would be removed in 72 hours! Thank you!
