1 (888) 280-4331 - my go-round re Ontrac was a long time ago so no clue how things go today BUT at that time they had a shipping priority list per customer. after several (4-5 actually) Ontrac fuckups that they could see, I got them to move Ontrac to the bottom of the list for me. Worked great. Here, at least, I gather they shipper is now dictated by the source - where the goods are when ordered. But, that may be Seattle specific. Good luck.
