2 Days wrap-up

Tuesday had my nails done at a new place. Large, clean shop but only one customer. Gorgeous manicurist, she shortened my nails as requested, but instead of a full acrylic treatment she did the 20-minute liquid coat plus gel top UV cure. No acrylic powder, no buffing, and her grinder tool was cheap and in an open plastic container bottom which kept sliding around the table. $48 compared to $35 everywhere else. Not going back again.
Albertson's on the way home, had not had lunch, pre-breakfast injected the full 100 unit base and 25 unit pre-meal. Seriously low Hgl, ate a snickers and half a Hershey's while shopping. Was okay by the time I got to the checkout. Gave her the empty wrappers to scan. Forgot some stuff. Unable to find some other items.
Mostly recovered - took a nap. Ma'am joined me.
Streamed, went for more than an hour because I had a lot to say.
Tivo - watched the Bachelorette. She sent home the a-hole, but kept the too-young guy he had been berating. IMHO they both should have been sent home. The house was much more civil after that. But.
A-hole shows up at her door after the rose ceremony begging to be let back in. She is so infatuated she doesn't see right through him like we all do. He's very handsome. He's rich (or claims to be). The producers let him come back - probably told him to come back. He's drama, they want drama. Unfortunately the other guys are too civilized to beat him to a pulp and leave his bloody body on the street.
Wednesday went online to Smith's and ordered delivery of a handful of things I didn't get at Albertson's. Swiss Miss dark. 72% Ghirardelli 3 oz bars. Comet cleanser. soft cheeses. Lox. Sliced olives, garbanzo beans, baked beans. No substitutions needed. Shopped and delivered on time, but she went to the back door thinking it was the front door. WTF? UPS did the same thing, delivering two cold packs of insulin. Idiots would rather squeeze between the car and the wall with a garden hose underfoot instead of up an easy, unobstructed ramp.
Morning, emptied two cans of wet food into the strays' bowl and filled the water dish. Two cats came out right away, I grabbed the camera, put the good Nikon lens on and shot about 200 photos.

There are a lot of good shots in the set.
Across the street neighbor dropped off a bag of kibble. I put some out for the strays but so far they have not touched it. Spoiled.
Ma'am bullied Spook today, ate her Sheba food, claimed her platform by the porch windows. I picked Ma'am up and put her on the cat tree. Twice is all it took. Spook was hiding under the computer hutch, behind a pile of boxes. She's back where she belongs now. But Ma'am pushes her buttons. Spook is so used to me defending Heidi she thinks Ma'am is going to get the same. I hope she learns she's Alpha.
Watched more manatee kayak streaming on Twitch.
I Streamed for an hour.
Lunch was pizza. For dinner I made a bowl of something with cup o noodles, cream of celery soup, cut up dark turkey meat. It was good but too liquid. Chip mint ice cream dessert. Pre-meal two large cups of Swiss Miss with a few drops of mint extract. Yum.
Watched the Seahawks lose.
Oak Island was all talk. I want to silence the narrator. He just repeats what was just said, and asks stoopid questions. They fill with a lot of flashbacks. And needless explanations. The Beyond Oak Island episode was torture, listening to that cockney know-nothing.
Delivered late was the hanger for the garden hose.
Rearranged the fireplace for easier/safer lighting and better log arrangement. Still a little more to do. I want one more log, but nobody is selling individual ones, they want you to buy a whole $250 set. And then they are mostly out of stock.
Put out yogurt for Ma'am, she ignored it. So did Spook. Glad I only bought 3 small containers. Maybe Miki will want them.
Plans for tomorrow:
Sleep in
Install the hose hanger
Feed the strays
Read the directions and take a dose of Ozempic.
