Mondaze - urology appointment foo

howeirdThe first phone call this morning was from my urologist's office saying the doc was doing surgery tomorrow so my appointment is moved to Wednesday 10 am. Yesterday they called moving tomorrow's appointment from 2 pm to 11 am. Boo hiss.
Lots of stuff on Tivo.

Morning news on channel 3 started too early, still dark and only recorded 15 minutes not the half hour
Morning news on channel 5 was all traffic accidents
Hot Bench
No PGA or NASCAR. CNN and MSNBC all-Ukraine TV and not much on other channels.
Twitch didn't have any of my follows streaming
Brought in the garbage bins
Humana email said two items were in my mailbox. Drove there at about 4 pm, only junk mail. :-(
I'd ordered a delivery from Albertson's mostly to get more walnuts, but the shopper didn't substitute for the out of stock brand. Had to order from Amazon. Nuts.com has been advertising heavily on TV, but their prices are obscene. Albertson's delivered everything else I ordered. No berries because I was counting on nuts and sugar free Jell-O.
Delivered from Amazon subscription included 2 boxes of Kind bars, completely dried out. Not sure how to fix that.
Also in the delivery was cat grass, cat treats, test strips, un-needed carbon bags for the aquarium (I already have 6, only need one a month).
Breakfast: banana & avocado in fresh squeezed lime juice
Lunch: Shrimp in lobster sauce on fried rice. 1/2 lb strawberries
Dinner: Beef chow fun, but the noodles were thin not the usual wide. 1/2 lb strawberries and some blackberries
Snack: cashews & walnuts, Kind bar
Drinks: lime soda, diet cranberry juice, ice water
No red wine today, I think it has been turning my pee red.
Took a bowl of wet cat food to the porch and sat outside for a while. Spook guarded my through the screen door.
I closed the door to the former Jade room, hope Spook sleeps in my room instead. I should re-purpose the cameras.
Tomorrow:
Manicure?
