KFC wings are NOT original recipe

howeirdLast night I ordered KFC wings, cole slaw and thighs to be delivered this morning.
The alarm did not go off because Cox had a service interruption, not sure when it started but did not come back up till 8:30. I checked the router when neither Alexa nor Google responded to commands. Called Cox, their robot confirmed there was an outage.
My bathroom & kitchen lights are manual, so not a huge deal.
Avocado and a banana for breakfast.
Tried to have KFC wings for lunch but after three of them it was like I was in Thailand again. Since when do they douse their "original recipe" wings in sriracha?
3 pm nails appointment, stopped by the drive-thru ATM to get cash but it was only taking deposits. :-(
Got my nails done, boss was busy so man did the grind-off part. He should not have been working - he has a cold. Boo hiss. Boss took over but it was pretty slow. Just before applying color she ducked out for 20 minutes to finish a waxing in the back room. Oh well, she finished and they look great.
CVS on the way home, got 4 packs of Ghirardelli dark chocolate mint squares, and they finally got Whoppers in stock. But no prescription from urology. Dr. has not called back.
Mailbox was filled with spam.
Home, feeling less than 100%.
Watched 3 episodes of Hot Bench.
Then TMZ
Some CNN and MSNBC Ukraine news.
Part 2 of Ken Burns' Benjamin Franklin. Lots of info I had no idea about. They could have done better with the art work, the faux wood blocks which were made for the show were just plain ugly.
Delivered just in time, a supply of 10 oz Dixie bowls. I used them a lot.
KFC thighs and cole slaw for dinner. The thighs were true original recipe, no sriracha. I bagged and froze the wings, will make soup from them eventually.
Spook was on the bed grooming herself for a couple of minutes, and also did some lap cat time. She likes the new runner but prefers to sit on the floor between it and her porch perch.
Tomorrow:
Sleep late
Update & charge the laptop
Tivo - MAFS, Nova, etc.
