Good news/bad news, Bush style

The Good news: Laura Bush lambasted the Burmese government for not warning the people about the oncoming cyclone which killed about 10,000 people. She pleaded for Burma to bend their xenophobic rules and allow American Red Cross workers into the country to aid in the recovery

Bad News 1: George Bush didn't make this speech.
Bade News 2: Anyone remember Katrina?
