I would more or less agree with your accessment. Although holes could be poked in both Biden and Palin's little inane soundbites on climate change, from what I understand of what we do, and don't, understand so far of the situation.
To me, Palin sounds like an extra from "Fargo." Dunno if that is an Alaska-thing or not.
