Is this along the lines of "Outside of a dog a book is man's best friend. Inside of a dog, it's too dark to read?" Because a novel *in* you would be rather uncomfortable, I think.

LOL. The exercise of writing is to get the book out of the dark, wet, slimy insides and out into the light, where it can be slimy and wet for all to see.

Prednisone doesn't help constipation. Consider something more like, say, cisapride to increase motility in the right direction.
