Brebirousse d'Argental 
is well worth the $7/lb Milk Pail charged. Smooth and rich, great on a sourdough baguette or straight up. So far the best sheep's milk cheese I've had.
Frommi Delice D'Argental
At $17/lb was not such a good experience. Possibly the 1/4-lb slice I bought was bad, because after the initial smooth creamy taste there was an extremely unpleasant biting after-taste. This is a cow milk cheese, triple cream. At that price it will be a long time before I try again.
