Great Expectorations

I should be in bed, but when I lie down it makes me cough HARD and about an hour ago I coughed while I was turning over and I pulled something in my side which HURTS. Will probably spend the night in the recliner. Spent most of the day there, watching the 49ers almost beat themselves, and the Raiders completely beat themselves and the Giants beat the Cowboys.

I looked up bronchitis on the Kaiser web site and I'm doing what they recommend already, except the sleep part.  :-(

[Spit take?] Hail O fellow recliner-ite. I've been [mostly] getting over the cough from heck - and gil_liant sounds worse than me now - but I'm still using the recliner for sleep this week. It helps that it's very comfortable ... but I'll be happier when I sleep better in bed again.
