Came home last night to an 8.5x11 piece of paper in the clip next to the door. Archstone has been bought by Avalon, as of 2/27. The reasons the office was closed that afternoon is they were changing hands. I moved from an Avalon apartment complex to an Archstone in October. Avalon is a good outfit, my moving out was due to the incredibly stupid design of the complex, not anything in the day to day management.
