Once again someone living outside the US won the auction for the cell phone which is not allowed to be taken overseas. Last time it was the Maldives, this time Hong Kong. Both times last-minute bids at the starting price.

I will try re-listing it one more time, but at a low price with a reserve price just high enough to make it worth my while.

I assume you listed it US only, they logged onto the US ebay site, and bid on it.

Here's a thought. List it worldwide, but set the overseas shipping at $1,000,000.

It's a little more complicated than that. Both bidders have "legitimate" USA mailing addresses in PayPal, but both had their locations set in eBay for foreign countries. The auction clearly states I will not ship overseas, but eBay changes its default settings without notifying me - they are trying to encourage overseas shipping through some partnership, so they now default to "I'll ship anywhere". I had to go back this time and reset the defaults to block all countries except the USA.
