Made and packed a breakfast and brought it to work, but instead had stuff from the machine.
Lots of little things to do at work
Lunch at Sizzler. The salad bar lunch is on sale for less than the senior price. You would think they would lower the senior price for the sale period, but no.
Stayed late at work and drove straight to rehearsals.
Rehearsals were strange, people were talking a lot while the conductor was talking, and the new percussionist never stopped banging on things between numbers, which was very annoying and made it difficult to hear the conductor's comments.
Was planning on taking 101 from Rengsdorff, but half a mile away I could see several fire trucks flashing their red lights right by the on ramp, so took back streets to Shoreline. While I was in the area I stopped in at Safeway and got some things on my list, like sprinkles. They had no Hostess Ding Dongs. Lots of Ho Hos, cupcakes and twinkies, though. And only the small overpriced model of Smuckers sugar free strawberry preserves.
Home, heated up a pot pie for dinner and fast forwarded through the Tivo of Thursday Night Football.
