There are communities in LJ for showing off various types of pictures. I mainly watch them. Go look through my communities for urban decay, door window wall, rural ruin, 7shots (which really needs a couple other photographers, there is supposed to be one for each day, and there are four at most and they don't post every week like they should either), dead machinery. You should post.
Also check out photography from, his name is something like chaosix6, also in my friends list, for great new york posts.
Voodoo Donut is more than meets the eye. Which isn't difficult because it's not much to look at. I like their slogan, though. One of my ex work buddies from Oregon told me about it, and I would have gone looking for it if I hadn't bumped into it by accident. Check out their web site.
I don't like to post photos outside of my own sites. Stuff gets stolen. And there are way too many excellent photographers out there for my pix to make any kind of a splash. Back when people had to figure out focus, exposure and how to use a darkroom, I was proud to be one of the better photographers, but that was then... Personally I think it's wonderful that everyone can make pretty pictures, and feel lucky that I got out of that business when I did.
