Quick Ketchup
May. 3rd, 2006 11:28 pmI'm late and it's getting tired.
Quiet day at work for me but the other two techs were busy. After work I drove to SJ, and met a small group of Peace Corps friends at Tied House. Had half a beer, didn't felt too full to have dinner (I'd noshed on some cashews at about 5 pm). Paying for my beer I discovered I was almost out of cash, so instead of going straight home, parked in downtown Mountain View and got me to an ATM. Still feeling full, I walked all the way to the end of Castro St, crossed to the other side and headed back. It's now about 9:30 pm, and strange but true, the tropical fish store is open. I duck in, and am ignored by the man behind the register. Finally get his attention and he tells me the extremely cute, petite young woman in the tight jeans will help me. I buy two pairs of swordtails and a Bala shark.
