A little over 6 miles on the bike at lunchtime today. Togo's on the way back, their Mediterranean tuna salad is not very good. Back to Asian Chicken, Chicken Caesar and the one with the meat on it - Cobb? Chef?

What's your fav Togos food that's reasonably healthy? I am looking to expand my fastfood horizons, rather than my waistline.

Togo's has a line of salads which are mostly healthy. They screw it up a little by not having light dressing, and by adding bread and butter on the side (but you can always tell them you don't want that). The half soup/half salad deal is pretty good.
