Spook update
Oct. 15th, 2017 12:02 amAs I was gnawing on the chicken drumstick from this evening's soup, Spook sat up in front of me and stared. So I twisted off a piece of cartilage, tossed it onto the rug in front of her (she never takes anything from my hand), and watched. She slowly approached it, walked halfway around it, picked it up and carried it a few inches away from me, and chewed it up.
So I tossed her another small piece. She did the same.
Okay, the big piece from the other end.
This time she picked it up and carried it across the room, her back to me, and chomped on it till it was gone.
And walked away. She was done.
She very rarely eats human food.
