Convention Ribbon Vendors?
Nov. 30th, 2007 11:27 pmIt's that time again, I am looking to order some convention ribbons. My last time around was last-minute and while I didn't get ripped off I did pay more than I needed to. So I'm asking the great hive mind for recommendations.
