Convention Ribbon Vendors?

It's that time again, I am looking to order some convention ribbons. My last time around was last-minute and while I didn't get ripped off I did pay more than I needed to. So I'm asking the great hive mind for recommendations.

Have you tried hazelchaz? The per-ribbon price might not be the greatest, but he doesn't charge a setup fee and there's no minimum order.
