Look Ma, No Hands

Been walking around a lot without the walker. But also using it as a cart/tray to move things. Two deliveries - Albertson's and then Smith's but neither of them had coconut water. It's okay, Al had diet cranberry juice an Sm had a lot of Gatorade zero and Coke zero. Unfortunately Coke zero tasted repulsive so I switched to cranberry.

Murray's Cheese delivery arrived, I ate some of the goat brie on crackers, very good, made the same way as my favorite sheep brie (from the same place).

Bought a chocolate silk frozen pie, which said thaw and eat, but by the time it thawed it was melted and a mess, and gt flushed down after eating one slice.

Which reminded me that now that I have some $$ in my checking account, I can have a better garbage disposal and kitchen faucet installed. Looked up my records and Anytime Plumbing is not getting my business again. Plenty of web searching to do, maybe over the weekend.

Text from the podiatry office saying to fill out the online form prior to tomorrow's appointment. It needed some improvement. Instead of Gender it said Gander, and even though it said the pregnancy question was for women only, it would not let me leave it blank. And it wanted the same info 3 times.

But better than the urology forms, 7 pages to fill in by hand. Next week.

9 am phlebotomy service called, made an appointment for the 22nd.

Finally, Amazon delivered a packet if ZZZQuil. I'll try it tonight.

Watched Married at first sight. They gave one couple a divorce, the woman has refused to have anything to do with her husband from day 1. She wanted the TV time and the Puerto Rico vacation, but they saw right through her, finally. There are  three couples which look like winners, one other not so much. Husband did not tell wife he lived with two women.


Sat on the porch for a bit listening to Ottawa's police/fire/emt scanner. Very busy.

Jade has not eaten all her medicated food, maybe another day she'll do that. I cut small pills into fourths and will crush those and add them to the next bowl. Also have grass ready for her.

She has not been crying much. Mostly sitting on top of her tree. I had one hit on a re-home site but I don't think she read the whole ad. She wants a companion for her cat whose friend died. I'll see how she responds to my reply.

Spook, meanwhile,  has spent a lot of time at the gate offering to play. Rolling on her back, wagging her tail. Jade just growls.

I took a nap at about 4, but not for long.

Will probably go to sleep early.

Transport around 1 pm for 2 pm podiatry appointment
Book a urology appointment &  fill in their form
