Jan. 25th, 2019 10:49 amLast night's dinner was a bit of a production. Sauteed green bell pepper strip, sliced garlic, ginger slices in butter. Added trout, white wine and covered in mushrooms. I had previously cut the trout in half to fit into a freezer bag. Had half for dinner, put the other half in a storage tub --> freezer.
