Hot, 1-event Day

howeirdBanana & a Kind bar for breakfast. Online till 11, phone interview with QA guy at Live Planet. He had worked at Roku with several of my friends from Moto. Good chat, but they have 3 weeks of candidates to screen, so not holding my breath. No word from Comcast.
Temps were in the 90's, the Nest kept screwing up my settings, but the app lets me override them, so eventually the house stayed a comfortable 74-75°. Went outside to get the mail and nearly fried.
Dinner was salad and chicken soup.
Watched some Tivo, and some Twitch streamers.
Looked into Comcast DVR, there is no way to find out about it from Comcast online, but forums confirmed there is no Alexa or Google voice control. Show stopper, since Tivo does both, through a logitech remote. Also would not tell me online what channels my extra sports package gives me. I need to phone to cancel that. Next week. Want to be sure to get the NFL draft this week.
Plans for tomorrow:
A choice between bingo, a mobile home city council event and a sunnyvale theater city event. All at 7 pm.
