A 911 call day

Had a couple of Nyquil capsules last night because I was sniffling and probably fermenting something from the plane trip. Woke up t 6:30, took a leak, weighed myself (-.7 lbs from Monday), back to sleep till 8:30. Spook yelled at me to get up and treat her. But I did my morning routine first.
