Back to banana & HB egg for breakfast because out of Ensure

Jade has created a place on the counter between the office and the kitchen. She vaults up to the top of the small freezer in the office and walks across. It's mostly out of sight and out of reach for Spook. Spook has been hiding under the bed, she doesn't deal with Jade's rejection very well.

Olympics did not show Simone's final beam event on the main channel, I had to find it on YouTube. It was probably on the paid channel. She did not do well, and the bronze medal was a surprise to me. But the judges may have raised her score for sentimental reasons. Olympic scoring is very subjective. The Chinese gold medal winner was far, far better, as was the Chinese silver winner.

Watched some Love Island, PTI and Olympics. Set up for Bachelor in Paradise and Married at First Sight.

Salad for dinner, streamed for an hour, then meat loaf and corn dinner. And frozen yogurt.

Delivered: tray tables, so I was able to set up the wifi table fan in the bedroom. Got it on Google but not Alexa. There's also a phone app. The one which controls the floor fans.

Opened the louver package. It's big. It's designed for a much smaller inset but I'll give it a try
