Gone [shopping] with the wind

howeirdIt was very windy and the forecast was for rain, but I really needed a couple of things from Walmart. Found what I needed, but not where I expected to find it. Also grabbed a Mountain Dew and some Hershey bars because I was low Hgl again this morning.
The wind was nasty - 25 MPH with gusts to 50. Glad I have that VGK stadium jacket with a hood, because my Greek captain's hat kept blowing off.
Got out of there around 2:30, picked up my mail - mostly spam but an item from a credit card company saying my email had bounced. I knew I'd missed some email when Godaddy support gave me a work-around to their mail changes which blocked my mail instead of helping. It took me a day to fix that and lots of mail got lost.
I was so whacked yesterday I forgot:
Delivered was my Amazon subscription items - cat treats, cat grass, 6 x litterbox cartridges, trail mix.
Today's delivery was an item I had been looking for for months, but was always too expensive or made in/delivered from Asia.:
The smaller panda is Panda Mick, which I bought close to the start of the Plague. Been using him as a bolster, but he gets caught between the head of the bed and the wall, and he was an upgrade for a smaller cat-shaped stuffed animal which was too small. The new one is life size. Mick will be retired, don't have a name for the huge one yet. Very pleased, bought on eBay and it arrived a few days sooner than promised.
Cox announced they are changing all their HD channel numbers to the SD channels. I spent an hour on Tivo fixing the recording list to accept shows on all channels, with HD preferred. So far they have all recorded from the original HD channels. The switch is supposed to happen tomorrow.
Watched Below Deck. What a mess. The newly promoted First Officer is not paying attention because he trusts the handlebar mustache he appointed as lead deck hand. Mustache guy has no sense of tact, and one of his crew has no sense of "leave your personal issues in your cabin". The remaining crew guy is infatuated with stewardess #3 who is not interested but flirts with him mercilessly. And she does less than the minimum required work, despite help from stew #2 who is an experienced hospitality guy. Chief stew thinks everything is fine. Capt. is oblivious to the stew issues, but he read the deck crew the riot act. IMHO he needs to demote the first officer back to lead deck hand and jettison the mustache and the one with issues.
Spook fought me when I put the mattress cover on. I need to trim her claws. She was not at all helpful for the rest of making the bed. But she seems to approve of the big panda.
Not very hungry at all today. Had a couple of Hershey bars, some sheep cheese and baguette (not much, though). Discovered 4 forgotten limes in the salad bin, two were still good. Made lime soda with one.
Tonight: hoping to get some sleep.

Dentist #2 at 11
The Bachelorette, though Twitter spoilers tell me she sent home her one true love and is picking the phony. I guess she likes to read - he is all covered in tattoos, many of them texts.
Talk to the new email/web host about timing - has my domain transferred?
