More PT, cooked dinner on the stove

Jade is crying in the background. She stops when I visit her. If I meow at her from the other side of the gate, she meows back. I am concerned because she is also rolling around on the carpet a lot, I wish I could get her to a vet. Okay, just requested an appointment Here. Problem solved.

I refilled her water tank, poked her kibble (it doesn't slide into the bowl by itself), and washed out/refilled her canned food bowl, just need to deliver it.

Lots of deliveries from Amazon today as I sat outside in the big chair:
Echo dot with clock. Now I have a reliable clock in the livingroom. And Alexa's range is extended.
One Touch test strips (3 boxes). Before I get to those I have enough for maybe a month
Dockers size 13 sandals. They used to max out at 11, and my feet don't fit in them. I should also order larger Tevas. Or NB equivalents.
Dr. Emil's OTC sleep aid capsules. I will take 2 at bedtime
Werther's sugar free hard candy, small packs (I have large packs due from Target bet no shipping info)
FELIWAY Optimum Cat pheromone refill. Plugged it in in Jade's room. Only one this time.

Gave in to temptation and ordered my favorite sheep milk cheese from Murray's. And some new bakery goods which are like what grandma used to make.
I'm almost out of Scharffen-Berger chocolate, but I think I'll order from Ethel M instead.

I took some Jade head shots and posted them on FB, my middle sister found a better re-home site for them, so I posted there and paid $100 to help cover costs, since that got me a featured listing and they will share with lots of other sites. Meanwhile Miki my cat foster friend is too busy with work to visit till the school term ends. :-(

Terri the PT came by at 9:30 instead of the scheduled 3 pm, and we walked down the ramp and down the block and back. Then I walked up the driveway and got my folding cane from the back of the car.

Later I went down the steps, opened the car door, sat in the seat but could not get in because the car is too close to the wall and the door won't open enough for me to get my legs inside. Not enough strength/flexibility in my knees. I need to work on that.

Got a referral for a wound care/podiatry specialist. Turns out to be in the same building as my original cardiologists. I need to call Humana to arrange for a ride. I think the PCP referral person said to make the appointment first.

Dinner was LingLing pot stickers, dessert was a berry tray. Lots of Gatorade.
