Lots of time on the phone

Dr. Emil sleep aid was a FAIL. It did not help me get to sleep, it gave me some weird hallucinations. For instance I woke up feeling i had a full night's sleep but it was 1 am. And I was sure I'd just returned from Winnipeg. I never got more than a couple of hours of sleep at a time. Spook was in bed around 6, when a text message woke me up. The message was from the mobile vet service, I replied to call me after  9.

But I got out of bed anyway.

Banana for breakfast. Pot stickers for lunch. Shrimp for dinner. And berries. And Pringles. And babybel cheeses.

Park sent me a detailed write-up saying I needed to trim the big bush out front and pull several plants around the house. Some are no weeds, but they claim them to be. The guy who did this last year is no longer in business, Yelp found me someone. $80 to do the work tomorrow. I printed a check, which I'll give them when the work is done, and gave him the park's write-up (lots of photos) for his workers.

I booked a podiatry appointment for Friday, and arranged for transportation for me & my walker. It took 2 tries  - humana's online chat gave me the wrong service. Second time they gave me two which actually do serve my area.

No call from the vet, so I sent a "call me" text around 4 pm. Got an immediate callback, and Jade is now scheduled for a checkup/vaccination/claw trim tomorrow at 1 pm.

Target finally delivered a year's supply of Werther's sugar free 7-oz bags.

DoorDash delivered Ethel M liqueur filled candies.

I wanted to hang around outside, but winds were 30 MPH, so no.

But I did dump the recycleds out the back steps.

I read my hospital discharge paperwork. Very detailed blood work. Weird because the first hospital called claiming I had a televisit with the nephrologist, but she needed blood work. I should call back and refer them to the second hospital.
