I forgot some of yesterday...

A lot of my TV time yesterday was on Prime Video, Will Wheaton's Ready Room interview with Brent Spiner and Johnathan Frakes. Frakes directed two episodes of Picard in which Spiner played Dr. Soong, who created Data and other genetic experiments. Three things about the interview - it was a split screen with both of them, Will was less fanboyish and more of a colleague, and I had no idea Spiner was such a well rounded actor.
And then I noticed that Prime's menu was borked, it had the two new Picard episodes placed before all the Ready Room episodes. So I went back and watched those.
And I was not very impressed. The writing seemed unplanned, and was hard to follow. Alison Pill who plays Dr. Jurati, looked great in the red dress, but what should have been her scene stealing moment as a singer was spoiled by the Borg Queen popping up next to her. Annie Wersching is remarkable as the Borg Queen. Stunning. Captivating.
Also stunning is the focus of the astronaut gala, Renée Picard, played by Penelope Mitchell. She is an astronaut, an ancestor of Jean-Luc.
So much for yesterday.
4 am up with less than 100 Hgl, drank two glasses of low fat chocolate milk and watched TV. Then back to bed till 8:30.
Not much today on Tivo, so again on the ocean with the shark and snapper fisherman. Two storm chasers are streaming but they are far from their weekend destinations. Maybe tomorrow.
Did some chores, used undies to the outdoor trash bin. Laundered my mattress cover, Panda Mick, and my sheets & pillowcases.
Today was the park's yard sale. As usual not very organized, some people had tables set up in their garages or yards, some put theirs on the lawn by the tennis courts. It was open to the public and there was a lot of Las Vegas style parking (just stop and get out of the car anywhere).
Drove to the car wash and for the $20 lava special. There had been a lot of paw prints on the hood. Car wash does not get the rear window, it's indented too far.
On to Tropic, where I bought a red male betta, a couple of ounces of live brine shrimp, and a grow your own brine shrimp kit which I will only use the eggs/brine mix from. At home ordered a pair of more usable kits.
The betta hid in some floating plants, all the fish in the tank had a go at the shrimp (they are all gone now). The angelfish were especially carnivorous.
Made the bed (Spook did not help).
Avocado and banana breakfast with diet cranberry juice. Shrimp for lunch - strawberries dessert. Lean Cuisine spaghetti with meat sauce dinner, berries cup dessert.
Tomorrow:
Gather the trash and dump it in the outdoor bin. Take the bins to the curb in the evening. It got up to 94° today...
