Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Plutocracy was recently downgraded to Government by the lower middle class. Can you check on the definition of Uranusocracy?

Yes, plutocracy has been downgraded, it is now at poverty level. All the textbooks will have to be re-written. Bush/Cheney are now Neptunocrats (though they still have their heads up Uranus).
