CX6400 update
Put new ink cartridges into the machine, cleaned the heads a few times, ran the alignment tests, and printed several photos before I was convinced the printer needs more help than I know how to give. Phone tech support from work, they would not help me without a serial number. Will try tomorrow morning from the machine, though I know there are only 2 alternatives:
1. Some kind of solution cartridge which will clean out the dried ink
2. Replacement print head (which probably costs as much as the printer is worth)
