So 9:26 would be the time on 3/14/15 to shoot for.

The Cedar! Yes! Good falafel there, if I recall. It made an impression on me becausre a friend of mine from U of W folkdancing started a Lebanese place in Seattle's U District called The Cedars just before I left for Thailand.
