Irony

I was hoping to make some more set of CDs of my folks' 78's which I'd done for them last year, but most of the wav files were corrupted in the hard drive crash, and the DVD which was labeled as the backup only had about 30 of them. So I went hunting and found the full system backup I made last year, Roxio was able to read it and it did not have the 78's collection on it. It did have all my docs, which I will restore tomorrow.

So the irony is when I'm up in Seattle I'll copy my parents' set of CDs to my laptop and bring them back here to make more sets. This time I'll keep one, which I should have done in the first place. I'll also be hauling back the records themselves, but that's another story.
