During last night's BASFA meeting, a comment was made which caused many folks in the room to react with shouts of "not while I'm eating" and such - it was clear to me that for many, perhaps a majority of the people in the room, the words were translated into vivid images in their brains.

I don't seem to have that particular talent. To me, spoken words remain audio in my head, written words remain text and it takes actual video coming into my eyes for me to see an image. Except I do dream in full Home theater audio/video.

So I'm curious about the rest of you. Hence the following poll, and please comment as well.

I was condensing several similar events into a single observation, for purposes of objective scientific analysis. :-)

Kissing in the hallways was not one of them (since I actually saw that event in person - kissing, not Nazis - it brought up the memory rather than calling for any abstract visualization).
